*WARNING LONG DETAILED REVIEW*
My kitchen sink disposal drain in my island flooded the cabinet underneath and leaked down under my flooring. All American came in the very next morning and carefully removed the island and started water mitigation on the floor. Everyone on the team was very respectful of my home and took care not to damage anything further. The dishwasher and some parts had to be stored in a back bedroom. They laid plastic down so the carpet would be protected. They were able to save the cabinet and only replaced the bottom board and a bit of trim thanks to their in house cabinet repair/builder. When reinstalled they made sure everything was exactly how it was before the flooding and then not only cleaned the kitchen from dust and debris, they cleaned the carpet they walked on for free. The turn around time for all of this was three days including mitigation, repairs, and clean up. Also, I had to stay out of town for one of the days. They put a lock box on my door with a key and called me to keep me informed what was happening while I was away. They never initiated any repairs, clean up, ect. without asking me of confirming first. I truly felt like a part of the process instead of just an onlooker with a pocket book. 100% recommend them. They are very understanding and flexible with payments (they do their very best to save you money).
