They were very responsive and timely, Fletch was professional from initial inspection to completion of the work, all crew members took the time to complete their work well, and the result was great! After searching for a cleaners that takes drop off cleaning of area rugs I was able to reach Terry at All American. She was willing to do my rug and accept at 7:00 am when they open. So I took my white area rug to be cleaned and was absolutely delighted with the result. The staff were so friendly and responsive that I couldn’t ask for better service. I highly recommend them for any cleaning job.
